Frozen goods will be shipped in an insulated bag or box and packed with ice packs to keep with frozen during the transit time.

Insulated Shipping boxes keep items cold for up to 76 hours, allowing plenty of time to reach its assigned destinations.

Non-Frozen orders received from Monday-Friday will be shipped out the next business day.

Frozen orders or orders that contain frozen items will be shipped out with 24 hours if received on Monday – Wednesday.

Frozen orders or orders that contain frozen items will be shipped out within 24 hours if received on Monday – Wednesday.

Frozen orders or orders that contain frozen items will be shipped out on the next Monday. If received between Thursday – Sunday. (This is due to the fact that shipping carriers are closed over the weekends putting frozen foods at risk of being held at shipping facility over the weekend) to protect the quality and freshness of our product, we will not ship frozen items unless the time frame allows a 3 days transit period.
